Data Center Cooling

Air Handling: Supported by 24/7/365 computer monitoring and data center facility engineers.  Quad Chiller system, 1500 tons each. 

Air Quality: Humidity and Temperature Controlled - Air temperature under floor delivered at 68° ± 5° with humidity at 50% ± 5%.

Water Detection: Leak detection under all raised data center floors. Drains are utilized to remove any water from under Dallas colocation data center floor.

Fire Protection

Smoke & Heat Detection: Smoke sensors above raised data center floors in Dallas.

VESDA: Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus - the world's leading air sampling smoke detection system - provides the earliest possible warning of a potential fire event by detecting smoke particles at the incipient (first) stage of fire.

Multi-Stage Protection: Pre-action dry pipe system requires alert from two sensors, which activates pipe fill and a final stage when the temperature exceeds thresholds.

Physical Security

Entrances: All Dallas colocation data center entrances (perimeter) require card key access or biometric authentication, along with security sign in. Dallas Data Center floor and secured areas require card key and biometric authentication (finger print or iris scan)

Property Perimeter: Single site entrance with security gate and guard house.

Security Guards: Guards on site 24x7x365. Active patrols both inside and outside the facility.

Closed Circuit Video: CCTV cameras cover inside and exterior of building, property perimeter, all entrances, alternate workspace, and Dallas data center floor. Roof of building is monitored with CCTV and motion detectors.
