Utility Power: 2000 amp, 480v 3 Phase, 60 Hz Service; DC power is 2N+1

Standby Generator: 1.6 MW Caterpillar generator is applied at full design capacity to that of the facility

Security Systems: Lobby security - 24x7x365 security staffed at main entrance to building; card key access - All access points to facility will be HID Reader with pin number - alarm/key monitoring - Falcon, water detection; CCTV surveillance - CCTV with local and remote visibility
